Terms & Conditions 

<JOVEN Fathers Day Photo Contest > Contest is organised by JOVEN Marketing Sdn Bhd. (“JOVEN”). 

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) and all its section carefully before you enter < JOVEN Father’s Day Photo > Contest. By joining this Contest, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them. 

JOVEN reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. This Contest is open to residents of Malaysia with valid identification number (NRIC) and 18 years old or above.
2. To be eligible to join this Contest, participants must follow the Contest’s instruction and mechanism as stipulated in the contest post and T&C. 
3. This Contest will run from 8 ^th June 2022 – 19 ^th June 2o22, 11:59pm. (“Contest Period”). JOVEN shall reserve the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All online entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Terms of Usage or rules for entry will automatically be disqualified.
5. Each participant may send more than one (1) Contest entry but only entitled to win one (1) prize only throughout the entire Contest Period. 
6. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. 
7. JOVEN reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude participants and/or revoke the prize (at any stage of the Contest) without prior notice or explanation. 
8. JOVEN decision is final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained. 



Contest Mechanism

To participate in this contest, the participant is required to: 

Step 1: Like JOVEN Facebook Page ( https://www.facebook.com/jovenco/)

Step 2: Share the contest post to your Facebook with hashtag #MyFatherMyHero #JovenFathersDay

(Make sure you set your post in Public setting.)

Step 3: Upload a Photo of you and your father in the comment section. 

Step 4: Tell us in the comment section why your father is your hero in just 35 words.
Step 5: Leave your answer in the contest post and tag 3 friends with hashtag #MyFatherMyHero #JovenFathersDay (under the comment section).



Contest Prizes

1. A total of 10 prizes will be given out for this contest.
2. The prizes are as follows:

• 5 Prizes of Joven Water Kettle Model JK1704TS 
• 5 Prizes of Joven Water Purifier Model JP200



Selection of Winners

1. Only complete entries with the best photo and best slogan within 35 words will stand a chance to win. 
2. 10 winners out of all entries with best photo and slogan will be selected by our panel of judges. 
3. Winners will be announced via JOVEN Facebook page on 23 ^rd June 2022. 
4. Winner is required to Private Message (PM) JOVEN via Facebook Messengers with their contact details regarding the prize redemption. If a response is not received within 48 hours, JOVEN reserve the right to choose another Contest Winner (s). 
5. JOVEN reserves the right to request contact information such as documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence, etc of the winners prior to the collection of the Prize.
